As the city authorities report, direct service for visitors is provided:

  • at the Visitor Service Office in the town hall;
  • at the Visitor Service Office in the office building (designated window – temporarily suspended);
  • at the Civil Registry Office in the office building: in room no. 6 (ground floor) and rooms no. 202, 212, 213 and 214 (second floor), with visitors allowed to enter the second-floor rooms individually after taking a ticket issued at the designated window;
  • at the Department of Civil Affairs in the office building (designated window).

Moreover, visitors are served in compliance with the sanitary regime:

  • The permitted number of visitors present in one room at the same time may not exceed one person per service station, excluding persons carrying out visitor-service duties.
  • Visitors may enter the office only while wearing masks covering their nose and mouth. Upon entering, they are required to use the touchless hand-disinfection device.
  • While waiting for their matter to be handled, visitors are required to keep a distance of 1.5 metres from others waiting.
  • Before any potential visit to the office, visitors may call the telephone numbers published on the City Hall website to arrange a direct meeting with an official from the relevant department handling the matter.
  • Visitors may remain on the premises of the City Hall only accompanied by an office employee; after their matter has been handled, visitors are required to leave the office building immediately.
