On Friday, February 26, a Reader called us and informed the editorial office that it is impossible to reach the Post Office on Kaszubska Street in Bolesławiec by phone. Either nobody answers, or the caller hears a signal indicating that the line is busy.

The Reader was personally at the office on Thursday, February 25. And, as he says: “Everything is great, everyone is working.” But there is a problem with getting through by phone. As the person who reported the matter continued, this seems rather strange, especially since there is a pandemic and people are trying to avoid crowded spaces whenever possible.

We asked the spokesperson for Poczta Polska for comment on the matter. We will publish the response as soon as we receive it.

What are your experiences with the post office in Bolesławiec? Have you managed to reach it by phone recently? Is there really a problem with this? We invite you to join the discussion.
