During Thursday’s meeting of the Bolesławiec County Council, Tomasz Gabrysiak, the Bolesławiec County Starosta, informed councillors that the financial plan of the County Roads Authority had been increased by PLN 500,000, which was, of course, related to the recent onset of winter.
The money is to be used, among other things, for the spring and autumn-winter (2021/2022) maintenance of county roads. What is more, it will allow ZDP to replenish its supplies of salt and sand.
It is worth adding that the head of the County Roads Authority submitted a request to the County Board to purchase additional equipment for clearing snow from pavements.
