For several days, difficult driving conditions have prevailed on the roads of Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County. Despite the work of snowploughs and gritters, a layer of compacted snow remains on the roads. The situation is worst on local roads. Snow also remains on some pavements. Both pedestrians and drivers must be patient.
According to weather forecasters, the snowy and frosty winter will not let up soon. Until next Tuesday (16 February), nighttime temperatures will fall to several degrees below zero. During the day, there will be a few degrees of frost. A thaw is expected afterwards.
