Does completing your annual tax return keep you awake at night?
We have a solution! You do not have to spend time working through mysterious tables and then still be summoned to the tax office because of errors. Be sure that your PIT return is completed correctly. And all of this is free of charge—the only thing we expect from you is that you donate 1% to the Wspierajmy Zdrowie Foundation.

The foundation operating at ZOZ in Bolesławiec is a non-profit organization and has public benefit organization status. Its aim is to promote health prevention and a healthy lifestyle in the broadest sense, as well as to raise funds to purchase medical equipment for the county hospital. The appeal is also addressed to pensioners and disability pensioners whose annual tax returns are sent by ZUS.
How can you do it?
PIT returns can be:
- left at the foundation’s headquarters, at the secretariat of the Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej in Bolesławiec, ul. Jeleniogórska 4, 59-700 Bolesławiec;
