On Thursday, December 3, as part of the “Bus” operation, police officers stopped a 39-year-old bus driver. A breathalyser test showed more than 0.5 per mille of alcohol.
The man wanted to take children on a trip. He now faces up to two years in prison and losing his driving licence.

In an email to the editorial office, one of the parents wrote:
Today, in the morning, children from the youngest classes were leaving with their chaperones for Wrocław to see an ice show in front of Primary School No. 5 on Dolne Młyny Street. However, the departure was not without incident. At the initiative of the school authorities and parents, the condition of the coaches and the drivers was to be checked before departure.
During the inspection, police officers found that one of the drivers was intoxicated. After the carrier was notified, MZK sent another driver, who was sober. After a slight delay, the children set off.
P.S. If such drivers operate the “red buses,” it is frightening to get on a bus.
