Operational officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec identified the perpetrator of the theft of five window sills from an auxiliary church in Nowogrodziec. The person arrested is a 19-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
KPP Bolesławiec:
The perpetrator admitted to the alleged offense and explained that he sold the property obtained through the crime at a non-ferrous metal collection point.
What is more, it emerged that the teenager, who had already been convicted of, among other things, property-related crimes, had also attempted to steal electrical wiring from an excavator. He now faces a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison.
