Please ask the road maintenance workers where our tax money is, since they are not spreading brine on the roads. Slush is lying on the street, it is slippery, and the plough-gritters are driving with their ploughs raised too high, so they are not clearing everything, and on top of that they are not spreading grit. The photo shows the Łaziska–Bolesławiec road and the bypass from the roundabout (Łaziska).

We asked the head of the Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych, Paweł Bednarski, for comment. The manager did not want to respond to the Reader’s words, but stressed that yesterday, before midnight, 11 gritters went out onto the county’s roads. The gritters also set out again early this morning.
