A reader wrote to us about the queues at the Bolesławiec District Office and a complaint concerning the “organization of customer service”:
While in June people waited in the rain, the situation has changed so much that today they are waiting in snow and cold.
And sent us the text of the complaint:
The waiting time for several dozen other people was comparable; we waited outside in the cold and in the chaos caused by the security employee’s inept provision of information.
I have already reported the forced use of chemical agents, in conflict with the applicable legal regulations, to the appropriate institutions, and information helpful for implementing improvements may be expected from that source.
At the same time, I inform you that during my next visit to the Office, I do not intend to submit to similar harassment that violates my personal dignity and exposes me to the risk of losing my health.
Ewa Sondaj, deputy inspector of the District Promotion Department at the Bolesławiec District Office:
In response to […] the inquiry regarding the reader’s complaint, I inform you that the aforementioned complaint was submitted electronically to the Bolesławiec District Office on January 11 this year, and complaint proceedings have been initiated.
What do you think?
