Artisan Pitas and Burgers at Winestone Bolesławiec

The Winestone restaurant, already well known on the Bolesławiec map, is launching a new take on exceptional pitas and burgers unlike anything you have tried before. We have started delivering our generously filled buns, which can also be ordered and collected in person.

What exactly have we prepared for you?

pita with New York pastrami cured in brine, a blend of 30 herbs and Russian sauce, mimolette cheese, lettuce, onion and bacon jam, and pickled cucumber,
pita with crispy panko chicken, homemade mango-chilli sauce, cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce with radish, tomato, red onion and cucumber, and citrus dressing,
pita with slow-roasted pulled pork marinated in porter, homemade horseradish sauce, jalapeño, pickled cucumber, red onion and bacon jam, and lettuce,
pita with breaded Camembert, cranberry sauce, rocket, radish, cucumber and tomato,
burger with New York pastrami, sauerkraut and cucumber, Russian sauce, mimolette cheese, red onion and bacon jam, and lettuce,
surf&cheese burger with grilled shrimp, breaded Camembert, tomato, lettuce, leek and roasted tomato sauce with habanero (warning: spicy!).
