On Sunday, November 15, the competition among local government officials for the title of Polish Champion in Sports Bridge came to an end. The event was held at the Mot el Prnjavor in Bolesławiec.

In the overall standings, the representative of Bolesławiec County, Dorota Kwintkiewicz, took first place. The champion took the lead after the first individual tournament and held on to it until the very end; she also achieved high finishes in the remaining tournaments. The bridge player’s partner was Tomasz Łowicki, who finished seventh in the overall classification.

Also performing very well were Jarosław Molenda and Marian Kupnicki, who won gold in the pairs tournament played using matchpoint scoring.
