Concrete prefabricated elements are increasingly being used in residential construction as well. In response to market needs, GOLDBECK developed the GOLDBECK System for constructing prefabricated residential buildings. It allows considerable flexibility in shaping buildings and, thanks to standardisation, guarantees low construction costs. In this system, buildings have a transverse arrangement of load-bearing walls. The external walls have window frames installed in them. Stairwells and lift shafts are standardised. All elements are characterised by a very high quality of finish. Our design system combines an economical structure and short construction times with attractive architecture and high quality. Residential buildings constructed from industrially prefabricated steel and concrete system elements set standards for conventional residential construction in terms of both quality and process.
Goldbeck Comfort, part of the German Goldbeck group, will soon open new design offices in Rakowice Małe near Lwówek Śląski and in Toruń, focused on projects for multi-family residential buildings for the German market. Therefore, as part of the expansion and development of our operations, we are already inviting civil engineers who would like to develop their design skills and gain new abilities in a large enterprise such as GOLDBECK.
In our design office, designers and assistants will work every day on drawing structural elements of multi-family buildings (walls, floors, stairwells, beams, etc.).
