Firefighters received information about the fire after midnight. The attic of a house in Kraśnik Górny was ablaze. Fortunately, no one was in the building. Initial findings indicate that the fire may have spread from a leaking chimney flue. Firefighters from Bolesławiec, Lwówek Śląski, Krzyżowa, Różyniec, Trzebień, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Nowogrodziec took part in extinguishing the fire. The building is no longer fit for habitation. The losses were estimated at PLN 200,000.
