Students of the University of the Third Age in Bolesławiec and the University of Economics in Wrocław, Jelenia Góra Branch, donated paintings they had created for the county hospital.
The joint and highly valuable decision came from the students, who responded to the hospital staff’s appeal with great care and kindness.

Let us recall that in mid-October, hospital employees associated with the “Wspierajmy Zdrowie” foundation invited anyone interested to cooperate and share their creative work by decorating and making the rooms of the new modular ward of the Bolesławiec Health Care Centre hospital more welcoming.
Original paintings, photographs or graphics are being sought to make patients’ stay in the hospital more pleasant. The work may be ready-made or in graphic form.
The “Wspierajmy Zdrowie” foundation began operating in 2007. It was established to conduct comprehensive activities in the areas of health protection and saving lives, support the development of preventive care, medical treatment and rehabilitation, promote healthy attitudes, provide financial and organisational support to the Bolesławiec Health Care Centre, and offer financial assistance and support for activities enabling the improvement and enhancement of the qualifications of employees at our local hospital.
