The Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej in Bolesławiec informs that it is once again possible to take a commercial test for COVID-19, a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Is registration required?

Advance registration is not required.

How can you pay for the test?

Hospital:

Payment must be made before arriving to have the swab collected. Payment in cash or by card is not possible!!!

Payment title: WYMAZ COVID-19, the tested person's first and last name, and PESEL number.

When the swab is collected, the tested person must have a printed payment confirmation and an identity document with their PESEL number.
