In November, the renovation of another fire station was completed. The work was carried out by a company from Szprotawa. Gmina officials:
As part of the investment, the garage at the Nowogrodziec – Osiedle fire station was comprehensively modernized. The façade and foundation wall insulation were completed. The roof was insulated with mineral wool and covered with heat-welded roofing felt; sheet-metal flashings, gutters and downpipes were also installed. The renovation also included the electrical installation with heater connections, painting the walls and ceilings, installing ventilation, repairing and painting the doors, and constructing a strip around the building.

The main objective of the project was to provide suitable conditions for garaging the fire vehicle and storing specialist equipment, as well as to increase firefighters’ comfort and safety at work. Ultimately, this will improve the unit’s operational readiness and enhance fire protection.
The investment cost more than PLN 60,000.
