After Starost Przybylski, who is considering taking Bolec.Info to court over the headline of an article about a competition, the board of Bolesławiecki Klub Sportowy „Bobrzanie” is now announcing a lawsuit. The issue concerns an article containing an opinion by Kazimierz Marczewski, who wrote that BKS footballers, the coach and officials behaved like louts during the match in Nowogrodziec. Kazimierz Marczewski also wrote that the officials and footballers support bad behavior.
The BKS Bobrzanie Sports Club board demands that Marczewski disclose specific instances of the club officials’ boorish behavior. “I wonder what Mr. Marczewski will say when it comes to specifics. Neither Piotr Bieńkowski nor I insulted anyone. But perhaps we do not know how we behaved, and Mr. Marczewski will enlighten us,” says the visibly agitated Jan Woch, the club’s president. He also assures that the club filed no protest concerning the match and that this is Marczewski’s lie.
The BKS Bobrzanie statement indicates that if Kazimierz Marczewski and Bolec.Info do not apologize and correct their report, the club board will take legal action over publishing slander and lies about the club. In a conversation with us, Kazimierz Marczewski announced that he would prepare a statement on the matter.
Let us recall that Kazimierz Marczewski was once the director of Surmin-Kaolin and president of Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze. In 2006, he ran for mayor of Nowogrodziec. He lost to Robert Relich. He currently represents the advertising department of a portal founded by his son.
The statement from the BKS Bobrzanie club was sent to three portals.
