Due to the coronavirus pandemic and restrictions (matches without spectators), today's match between BKS Bolesławiec and GKS Warta Bolesławiecka could be watched LIVE, online. The match was broadcast on BKS's club Facebook profile and on the istotne.pl portal.
In the 14th round of the Jelenia Góra regional league, BKS Bolesławiec lost at home to GKS Warta Bolesławiecka 0:1. The visitors took the lead in the 66th minute after a shot by Krzysztof Szymański, and did not give it up for the rest of the match.
The result is, on the one hand, quite a surprise, as BKS had been second in the league table before this round, while the visitors were fighting to avoid relegation. On the other hand, derbies have their own rules. Saturday's match was not a thrilling spectacle, but ultimately GKS proved to be the more effective team and took all three points in Bolesławiec.
