Who is eligible for assistance?

Owners of:

  • at least 50 potted chrysanthemums in full bloom,
  • at least 200 cut chrysanthemums in full bloom.

The chrysanthemums must be intended for sale on the date the application is submitted.

What are the assistance rates?

  • potted chrysanthemum – PLN 20 per plant,
  • cut chrysanthemums – PLN 3 per plant.

What must be done to receive support?

  • complete the application downloaded from www.arimr.gov.pl, providing, among other things, the number of unsold chrysanthemums and where they are stored;
  • submit the application by 6 November 2020 to the ARiMR district office having jurisdiction over the place where the reported chrysanthemums are stored. If the applicant is a chrysanthemum owner conducting non-agricultural business activity, they must also submit, together with the application, declarations and certificates concerning de minimis aid;
  • hand over the chrysanthemums free of charge to:
    • non-governmental organisations,
    • local government units,
    • other public institutions that notify ARiMR of their intention to collect the chrysanthemums, obtaining written or electronic confirmation of receipt of the flowers;
  • chrysanthemums not collected by 16 November 2020 must be promptly handed over to a company involved in waste collection or processing, or to an entity designated by the National Support Centre for Agriculture, obtaining written or electronic confirmation of receipt of the flowers;
  • submit, by 30 November 2020 to the ARiMR district office, confirmation of receipt of chrysanthemums handed over to non-governmental organisations, local government units or other public institutions, as well as confirmation of receipt of chrysanthemums handed over as bio-waste.
