As is known, the Constitutional Tribunal ruled that one of the three grounds for legal abortion was unconstitutional. This concerns the provision allowing abortion in cases where there is a high probability of severe and irreversible fetal impairment or an incurable disease threatening the fetus’s life. Now, following the Tribunal’s decision, women will be forced to carry and give birth to impaired or dead fetuses.
More than 440 people protested in Bolesławiec against tightening abortion laws
A protest was held in the market square in Bolesławiec in connection with the tightening of regulations concerning the admissibility of abortion. More than 440 people attended.
