The incident occurred on Monday, September 14, before 3:00 p.m. Volunteer firefighters from Przejęsław (Osiecznica Municipality):

[…] our unit was dispatched to a forest fire in Bronowiec.

Four rescuers responded to the incident.

The firefighters added:

Approximately 50 ares burned.

Fortunately, no one was hurt. In addition to the uniformed officers from Przejęsław, firefighters from Parowa, Osiecznica, Ławszowa and Bolesławiec also took part in the operation, as did a firefighting aircraft.
