On Friday (September 4), firefighters received a report that an explosion had occurred in one of the buildings in Tomaszów Bolesławicki. At the scene, it turned out that smoke was coming from the garage in the building. Items stored in the garage were on fire. The firefighters quickly put out the fire. They also removed a gas cylinder from the garage. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
It is not yet known what caused the explosion and fire. Firefighters from Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, Warta Bolesławiecka and Bolesławiec, as well as a police patrol, were at the scene.
