New lighting has appeared in three municipalities (Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, Iwiny and Warta Bolesławiecka). The investment is worth PLN 250,000. “So far, I have not encountered any negative opinions about this project,” Mirosław Haniszewski Mirosław Haniszewski, Mayor of Warta Bolesławiecka, tells the IstotneInformacje.pl portal.
As the mayor explains, the installation of the lighting was intended, among other things, to make the municipality independent of the influence of EnergiaPro. “In addition, the investment will improve residents’ safety,” he adds.
100-watt lamps were installed along provincial and county roads, and 70-watt lamps along municipal roads. In Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, six 300-watt lamps were dismantled. They were replaced with 15 lamps with a power of 100 watts, making the locality much better lit. “This is not the end of the investment; we are already planning further projects,” emphasizes Mirosław Haniszewski.
