The PKS company in Bolesławiec—the largest carrier in Bolesławiec County—must generate profits and be attractive to customers. That is why closing the base in Lwówek was necessary.
“Today, the company’s management is tasked with keeping the company operating. It is not easy; we are doing everything possible to ensure that employees do not suffer and that county residents can freely use our services,” Łukasz Jaźwiec, the company’s president, told Muzyczne Radio. Łukasz Jaźwiec“PKS Bolesławiec must reorganize service for the Lwówek branch. Transport services will remain at the same level as before. Only the organization will change, but passengers will not notice it.”
The president of PKS Bolesławiec reserves the possibility of making changes to the timetable related to the government’s decision to have students return to school in September. If it turns out that education will continue remotely, the company will adjust the timetable to that situation.
