The incident occurred on Łukasiewicza Street. Bolesławiec municipal officers received a report that an unknown man drove a car up to a waste-container enclosure and threw bags of construction waste into it. Municipal Police:
At the scene, officers found that the waste containers contained a large amount of renovation waste in bags (a toilet bowl, bags of construction plaster and polystyrene).
The officers added:
Thanks to the vigilance of a resident of the city of Bolesławiec, who remembered the vehicle's registration number, the offender was identified in the course of official proceedings. The person was summoned to provide an explanation.
The offender was fined. It turned out that he had thrown waste from work at an allotment garden onto Łukasiewicza Street.
