The road between Bolesławiec and Stare Jaroszowice is another priority project being carried out by Bolesławiec County. The reconstruction of the approximately 3,780-metre-long road will include laying a new bituminous surface together with a reinforcing mesh. The surface will be laid in two layers: AC 16W binder course and AC 11S wearing course. Earthworks will also be carried out to restore ditches and reconstruct culverts and access roads.
The project is co-financed in 80% from the State Special-Purpose Fund—the Local Government Roads Fund—and in the remaining part by Bolesławiec County, the Urban Municipality of Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec Municipality.
The works are scheduled for completion by 15 September 2020.
Road projects are among the priority tasks carried out by Bolesławiec County. Each year, funds obtained from the Local Government Roads Fund, supplemented by contributions from municipal budgets, make it possible to progressively reconstruct and modernise county roads.
