A reader called us:

There are 30-metre-long queues every day outside the vehicle registration department in Bolesławiec. Nothing can be handled electronically. COVID-19 is spreading, there is no one to complain to, and it is pouring with rain. This is simply a scandal.

He added:

People are standing like sardines. This is unbelievable. In my opinion, something is not working properly here.

Let us remind you. Yesterday, we reported that as of Tuesday, 23 June, the rules for serving customers at the District Office in Bolesławiec are changing. The change applies exclusively to customers of the Department of Communications and Transport.

District:

People wishing, for example, to register or deregister a car will no longer have to arrange their visit to the office by telephone. The Department of Communications can be accessed through entrance C to the District Office building.

Due to the restrictions in force, only as many people as there are service desks will be allowed into the building.

In addition, people entering the office are required to wear masks covering their mouths and noses while on the premises. They must also have their temperature taken and disinfect their hands.

District Office customers who booked their visits up to and including 13 July this year will be served according to their previous registration.
