Police detained a 33-year-old resident of Bolesławiec. Using a forged employment certificate, the man defrauded PLN 35,000 and obtained six mobile phones, which he sold at a second-hand shop. He was caught when he tried to swindle a bank out of another PLN 10,000.
He now faces up to eight years in prison.
