Over the weekend, we received information that an attempted rape of a woman staying in quarantine at the psychiatric hospital in Bolesławiec was allegedly to have taken place on Friday, May 1.
As we managed to establish, no attempted rape took place there; however, “another sexual act” occurred. The perpetrator has been identified; he has not been arrested for now, but—as we were told—fortunately does not have access to the female victim.
Actions in the case are ongoing. For the time being, and precisely because of the quarantine, investigators cannot question the victim.
