The children wore distinctive costumes referring to the Gospel accounts of the birth of Jesus. Individual scenes of the performance were interspersed with Christmas carols.

Taking part in the Nativity play was a deeply moving experience for the children. Each of them recited their lines from memory. The children also tried to embody their roles as faithfully as possible, using gestures.

After the performance, it was time to exchange good wishes and share the Christmas wafer. The school principal thanked the children and teachers for preparing and performing the Nativity play, and then invited everyone to a festive reception.
