In our articles, we reported on the planned revitalization of railway line 283 on the Zebrzydowa–Żagań section, running, among other places, through Tomisław, Osiecznica, Przejęsław, Ławszowa and Świętoszów.
Unfortunately, PKP cancelled the tender. The reason? Money. The most advantageous bid was PLN 24 million higher than the budget assumed by the investor (PLN 350 million).
What will happen to the railway line on this section?
It should be assumed that another tender will not be announced in the near future.
