The detention took place on Monday, August 17. At the intersection of Karola Miarki and Opitza streets, municipal police officers noticed two men grappling with each other. After a moment, one of them began running toward Drzymały Street. The other informed the officers that his pouch containing documents and other valuable items had just been stolen.
The municipal police officers gave chase and soon caught the thief. The man was handed over to the police, who are conducting further proceedings in the case.
