Contact with office employees may take place only electronically or remotely. At the same time, we inform you that until further notice:
- unemployed persons who have an appointment at the office between now and 10.04.2020 do not have to appear in person; they should contact customer advisers only by telephone or e-mail;
- the deadline for applications for business activity funding will be announced after the threat has ceased;
- all referrals of unemployed persons to internships, training courses, and other labour-market services and instruments are suspended;
- from 30 March 2020, registration as an unemployed person may be completed only electronically at www.praca.gov.pl, under the “Register” tab;
- from 30 March 2020, applications concerning the employment of foreign nationals will be accepted only electronically from www.praca.gov.pl, under the “Foreign Nationals” tab. Statements on entrusting work to foreign nationals entered in the register, as well as other documents in this regard, will be sent by post;
- letters, applications and other documents may be deposited in the boxes placed at the office entrances.
