The incident occurred during the night of March 25–26 in Nowogrodziec, near the old brickworks. A Fiat caught fire.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Was the incident caused by arson? The Bolesławiec police are investigating the matter.

On March 26, 2020, at 2:15 a.m., we were dispatched to a grass fire on Fabryczna Street in Nowogrodziec. Upon arriving at the scene, we found that a passenger car was on fire.
In addition to the firefighters from OSP Nowogrodziec, volunteer firefighters from the Nowogrodziec housing estate also took part in the operation.
