For the safety of county residents, changes to customer service at the office will take effect on 12 March 2020. You will be able to handle all matters by submitting written applications exclusively at the Customer Service Office (entrance to Building A). You will be informed by telephone when your matter has been handled, and the documents will also be available for collection at the Customer Service Office. Due to the need to temporarily suspend the use of payment terminals, proof of payment must be attached to the case documentation. We also encourage you to contact us by telephone and email. The officials of the District Office in Bolesławiec will make every effort to ensure that your matters are handled without unnecessary delay.

Bolesławiec County Board:
The Bolesławiec County Board announces the adoption of a resolution on accepting funds of nearly PLN 2 million transferred by the Lower Silesian Voivode, intended to finance tasks related to combating infection, preventing its spread, prevention, and combating the effects of the infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, known as COVID-19 (coronavirus). The funds will be used to purchase essential equipment, including ventilators.
