The incident occurred on Tuesday, February 25. Volunteer firefighters from Brzeźnik (Bolesławiec municipality):

Fifteen minutes before 7 p.m., we were dispatched to a cross damaged by the wind at the top of the roof of the Parish House in our town.

Fortunately, no one was hurt. The firefighters removed the hazard. In addition to the firefighters from Brzeźnik, uniformed personnel from the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Bolesławiec also took part in the operation.
