She added that there are containers for separated waste at the main entrance, while throughout the rest of the cemetery one can now find only the “black” ones.
Justyna Foremna, deputy director of the Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec:
Waste separation was in effect and continues to be in effect at the Municipal Cemetery in Bolesławiec. The waste-separation containers are located at the main entrance, near the cross. The number of waste-separation containers has been reduced. This was because all other waste was ending up in the separation containers, turning them into mixed waste, which generated higher disposal costs.
The deputy head of MZGM adds:
As needed, we plan to increase the number of waste-separation sets.
