A fire broke out after 2:40 p.m. at 19 Polna Street in Bolesławiec. Flames appeared in the engine compartment of a Citroën C5 parked next to the building. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. The car was parked right next to the gas connection box, but fortunately the flames did not reach it.
Preliminary findings indicate that a short circuit occurred while the battery was being charged.
