The comprehensive reconstruction of the road over a length of 1,885 m—including widening the carriageway to 5.5 m—was made possible thanks to financial contributions from:
- Bolesławiec County – PLN 133,348
- Gromadka Municipality – PLN 667,063
- and the state budget, through the Local Government Roads Fund – PLN 800,412.
The total cost was PLN 1,600,825 gross.
The project began in mid-July this year. The technical acceptance concluding the reconstruction of county road no. 2270 D in the village of Osła took place on Friday, 15 November.
The road in Osła has a new surface, covering a total area of 10,367 m². New culverts and driveways to adjacent properties were constructed. The ditches were cleared, and the bus bay was rebuilt.
A pavement was constructed along approximately 200 m. To improve traffic safety, crash barriers and vertical and horizontal road markings were installed.
