There is a chance that the water bodies in Krępnica and in Stara Oleszna and Kozłów will change owners, meaning that Bolesławiec municipality will gain around PLN 1.7 million.
As we have managed to establish, tenders have been held, but the notarial deeds have not yet been signed, and therefore it cannot be said that both water bodies have already been sold. (The water body in Stara Oleszna and Kozłów is one body, although it lies within two cadastral districts).
If everything goes according to plan, the municipal government will gain around PLN 1.7 million from selling these plots of land. The money is to be allocated, among other things, to pay rises for teachers.
For years, the municipality had been trying to sell these properties because it believes that both water bodies should be managed appropriately.
