Information has emerged online suggesting that mobbing may have occurred at one of the units of the Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec. We asked the facility’s director, Kazimierz Łomotowski, for details of the case, including who in particular may have committed the alleged mobbing.

The director asked us to send our questions by email. We did so. In response, we received a statement from the head of MZGM, which we publish in full below:

Dear Editorial Team,
I have received the report of the anti-mobbing committee concerning a report of mobbing by one of the facility’s employees. In it, the committee recommended analyzing the possibility of the employer taking the indicated actions. I am currently analyzing these recommendations. The decisions I make will be aimed at ensuring compliance with the best possible principles of social coexistence in the workplace.

That is all I can say at this time.

The trade unions and the facility’s employees—that is, the people most directly concerned—will be informed first about the decisions made.

Yours sincerely,
Kazimierz Łomotowski
Director of MZGM

Unofficially, we have learned that the matter concerns someone connected with the municipal cemetery.
