On Sunday, September 15, officers from the Nadodrzański Border Guard Branch, who were on duty on the A4 (on the entry route into Poland), selected a Hymer vehicle with German registration plates for inspection.
A Polish man was behind the wheel of the camper. The man did not have any documents with him. What is more, it turned out that the vehicle’s ignition and passenger-side door had been damaged.
It turned out that the vehicle, valued at PLN 500,000, had been stolen from the territory of Andorra on September 13.
Further proceedings in this case are being conducted by the police in Złotoryja.
