The incident occurred on Saturday, June 13, in the Osiecznica municipality. Five suspects, including the aforementioned 17-year-old, entered the unlocked apartment of an 18-year-old man and stole speaker columns. When the victim returned home and realized that he had been robbed, he ran after the thieves.
The man caught up with the perpetrators of the theft. An argument broke out, during which the 17-year-old stabbed the victim.
The 18-year-old was taken to a hospital in Bolesławiec. His condition is serious. As the IstotneInformacje.pl portal learned, the attacker will be questioned by the prosecutor’s office today. He may face up to 10 years in prison.
The other suspects will be held responsible for the theft. Since the value of the speaker columns did not exceed PLN 250, the act was classified as a misdemeanor. The perpetrators face a fine, restriction of liberty or arrest.
