The incident occurred on Sunday (25 August) in Bolesławice. The 69-year-old car driver was overtaking a motorcyclist who, at the same time, was avoiding an obstacle on the road. While overtaking, the car driver clipped the motorcycle.
As a result of the incident, the motorcyclist suffered a fracture of his left shoulder and was taken to hospital. The incident was classified as an accident. Both drivers were sober.
