Following the intervention of our Reader, the graffiti on the Community Hall in Otok (Bolesławiec municipality) was painted over.
Let us remind you. At the beginning of July, a Reader informed us that someone had “decorated” the façade of the Community Hall in Otok with their graffiti.
In addition to standard inscriptions, such as “*WDP” (incidentally, with a spelling mistake), some with political overtones also appeared: “F**k the court,” as well as… Latin maxims. (The most out of place here is “vivere militare est,” meaning “life is a struggle.” I wonder what the author meant).
We hope that the frustrated vandals will use their energy in a more creative way next time.
It is also worth reminding pseudo-graffiti artists once again that acts of vandalism may be punishable by up to five years in prison.
