The incident occurred on Thursday, May 23, after 1:00 p.m., in the building of the Construction School Complex in Bolesławiec. As we managed to establish, one of the renovation company's employees scorched a pipe in the school bathroom with a gas burner. The building became filled with smoke.
Before the fire service arrived, 20 people evacuated the building. Fortunately, no one was injured.
Three units from KP PSP Bolesławiec took part in the operation, including a ladder truck.
