The FIEGE Group, headquartered in Greven, Westphalia, was founded by Joan Joseph Fiege in 1873. It is a family business, currently managed by representatives of the fifth generation of the Fiege family. Jens and Felix Fiege are members of the four-person management board, continuing the family tradition. Today, the company employs more than 12,000 people in 15 countries; in addition to key European markets, it also operates in India and China. This generations-old family company from Westphalia treats both its customers and employees with respect.

The company has been developing in Poland for more than 20 years. FIEGE’s next, already tenth, branch is being established in the LSSE, popularly known as the Krzywa zone. Warehouse operations will be carried out in a modern, energy-efficient warehouse being built by the company’s client.

It holds the Laureate title and the “Golden Emblem of the Highest Quality International 2012” in the QI services category for handling pharmaceutical products. It received the “Logistics Symbol 2012” in a program organized by the editorial team of “Monitor Rynkowy” in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.” The “Reliable Company” title is awarded by the international business information provider Dun & Bradstreet. It received a special distinction as part of the “Logistics Operator of the Year 2014” research program for the most integrated services at an optimal price. Working conditions

In accordance with its internal code of conduct, FIEGE does not allow discrimination on the grounds of age, gender, ethnic origin, religion or disability. The company is therefore waiting for all interested people who meet the requirements set for candidates for the individual positions.

The work system has initially been established as a two-shift schedule from 5:00 to 13:00 and from 6:00 to 14:00, as well as from 16:00 to 24:00. Work is scheduled from Monday to Friday, with possible duty shifts on selected Saturdays. During the early morning and late evening hours, only small teams work, launching and closing the day’s operations.
An employment contract directly with the employer is offered.

At the first stage, depending on the position, the employer offers a fixed-term contract for 6 or 3 months. The next contract is signed for the duration of the contract with the client—in our circumstances, this is usually three years.

The employer provides professional onboarding and thorough training. Employees hired during the initial launch phase of the facility will train abroad and become experts who pass their knowledge on to the rest of the staff.
