The incident took place on Tuesday, April 9, at around 2:30 p.m., on the bypass, near the Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej, close to Kruszyńskie Solidarności roundabout.
The vehicle of the 52-year-old woman from Bolesławiec Municipality, who was driving a Ford Mondeo, broke down. The woman stopped the car on the road. A driver in a Škoda Fabia stopped just behind the Ford. Unfortunately, a resident of Lwówek County driving a Volkswagen Golf failed to exercise due caution and collided with the rear of the Škoda, which then hit the Ford.
Fortunately, no one was injured. The VW driver was fined PLN 250.
