On 30 March, the WKA&WFMC Open Polish Championships were held in Świdnica. The Bolesławiec residents from the Street Fight club performed successfully in Saturday’s competition, winning a total of seven medals:
- Patryk Biczyński – 2 silver medals
- Mateusz Pełech – 1 gold and 1 silver medal
- Kamil Nawłoka – 1 gold and 1 bronze medal
- Tomasz Zadora – 1 gold medal (he competed only in kickboxing because he had no opponent in K-1 kick light)
- Cyprian Polak – finished in 4th place
Everyone competed in two disciplines: kickboxing light contact and K-1 kick light. For four of the competitors, this was their debut in competition, which makes their success all the more gratifying. Now it is time for analysis, drawing conclusions and further training; the experience they gained will certainly prove useful in future competitions.
