The procedure is as follows:

  1. Press the Menu button on the remote (it is in the middle, below the 0 button).
  2. Use the arrow buttons to go to Settings. Press OK (in the middle of the remote).
  3. Go to Restore factory settings. Press OK.
  4. Enter the code 0000. Press OK. Press OK a second time.
  5. The screen will go dark. Wait a moment.
  6. Select Poland. Press OK.
  7. Enter the activation code: 071 (for the Wrocław region). Press OK. Press OK a second time.
  8. The channels will be searched for. Once the search is complete, press OK again.

And that’s it. All channels should be available again.
